Just as there is an art called ASCII art, which consists of creating images only by using ASCII characters, there is also HTML Image Page Builder, which does the same but with numbers.
The function of HTML Image Page Builder is the following: it loads an image you indicate and generates an HTML page that creates that image only by using numbers. It can also be configured to use characters or even with text from a TXT of yours.
In HTML Image Page Builder you can also select the background colour of the resulting HTML image. HTML Image Page Builder is totally free and requires no installation.
